Well done! and what a date to choose! That must have been the reason for all the fireworks last night. Off to see doctor for checkup today then on to Cherry for a couple of days to take each other to an opera concert on Friday evening. Reeve and Reggie went to real opera in Wexford's new opera house on Sunday evening. Obviously we are all going Up/market! I have finished Tessie's back of her slipover but not the front so you have a week or two to recover before returning. Look forward to that (I always had curious tastes!) Love as always, G XXXXXXXXXXXX
Wonderful news! And they said it could not be done. Well, *they* (actually me) thought the car might not make it... How wrong I was. As Larry has shown such sterling reliability, had you thought about driving BACK from Singapore? :-)
A big well done from us here in North Norfolk. We are actually hugely envious of your last few weeks - reading all about you living it up in Penang, KL and now Singapore makes us feel very wistful for previous S/E Asian sojourns enjoyed. Especially as the leaves (although glorious in their colours) are now falling thick and fast outside the office window!
Anyway, we hope you are all going to enjoy a little more R&R - we await images of Penang and KL!

Hi there! sorry have been way laid by a few incidents of my own but having got rid of the police yet again(finally this time i hope!!) can try and catch up with other things-have even managed to avoid being locked up so that must be a good thing! Big G has arrived here and is causing chaos-in a nice way. On and off the tram in to Nottingham to try and empty the shops and attend the opera, not sure what delights are in store for today but am sure it will be eventful but probably or do I mean hopefully NOT as eventful as your adventures although Big G's auto is sounding remarkably creaky when starting-hammers and large spanners at the ready. Enjoy Singapore and plan the return drive-must be some twists and turns you missed out the first time?! Love Cherry and the Big G
Well done for reaching your destination, it sound like you had an amazing time! We hope you have just as good time on your journey home. It was nice hearing from you and we will see you soon! Love Hayley & Kate xx
Hope you guys appreciate the irony of this. You post a detailed account of your trip and no-one comments. You post a heading and your website is almost blocked with comments. Thanks so much for looking after my family in singapore - there soon hopefully!
Am enjoying going through your slide shows but need some explanation of various dishes. No doubt you will teach me some unusual cooking before long. My efforts here as you know verge on the heroic! Love to speak to you yesterday. Love G.XXXXXXXXXXx
